Welcome to our
Mission Control Productivity
Program website.

Mission Control is a new approach to productivity that provides a dramatic increase in your company’s operating efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, while reducing stress, overwhelm, and the sense of too much to do.

From this two and one-half day live workshop, and the six months of coaching and webinars immediately following, participants come away with fundamental principles to allow for a new level of productivity. They also explore, practice, and begin to implement new work habits and new work practices to dramatically elevate their performance. They gain an expanded ability to focus on what is important to them. They leave with a sense of calm about what they need to do and a sense of excitement about what’s possible.

Life is faster and more complex in the 21st century.

Working in the 21st century is tougher. You're deluged with information to manage, troubled by impossible deadlines, and overwhelmed by high-spiraling expectations. No matter how well organized you are, you simply can’t get it all done.

Mission Control provides an entirely new way of thinking about, organizing, and managing your work and life.

In our programs, you learn how you developed your work habits unconsciously over time – as a strategy for dealing with everything coming at you. You see how these old, cherished work habits are obstacles to your productivity.

With Mission Control, you are able to build new work habits for dealing powerfully with the flood of demands, tasks, activities, problems, and opportunities coming at you – work habits that leave you more confident, focused, efficient and effective.

Mission Control gives you a new system for dealing with everything – immediately making you more productive.

You’ll get a new system for working in the 21st century – five new tools with accompanying work practices that enable you to manage everything you are doing and not doing – so everything is handled all of the time. You experience being on top of your work life.

Using the Mission Control System, you will be able to focus on what is in front of you – and bring all of your intelligence, creativity, and natural ability to bear on your work. With Mission Control, you will find yourself accomplishing what is important to you.

Mission Control enables you to increase your productivity, while significantly cutting stress.

 Testimonials

Mission Control participants have said:

“I spent last Friday taking care of over 1500 emails in my inbox in Outlook. I finally got it close to 0.  It wasn’t until late Friday that I had my ‘Oh My Moment’. I have not been able to get my email cleaned up for years. I now know I was leaving emails in my inbox hoping to get to them someday. And, it was driving a lot of stress in my daily routine simply because of the overpowering number of emails I was trying to prioritize and move forward. Mission Control gave me a way to think about and organize email such that now I feel I have my arms around it all. The stress is gone and now I really feel in control for the first time.”

Eddie A., Mining Company Manager

“The exercises during the course are tremendous in creating space in life — and remarkable for how quickly that occurred. The tools I got out of the course are giving me ongoing access to produce expanded results in my business and my development of my capacities to deliver a 3 1/2 month educational course. Thank you for making the course available. It has proven to be two of the best days I’ve invested in my business (and life) this year.”

John B.,  Architect

“The Mission Control framework has been extremely useful to me. In my position, I have a wide variety of responsibilities and seemingly endless tasks; the Mission Control approach has helped me to both better understand my work and time commitments as well as organize and plan much more effectively. Even more importantly, the ability to simplify and concentrate my use of task lists, to-do lists, schedules, calendars, and other organizational tools has given me renewed productivity at work. I’m still adapting the system to best fit my needs, but it has already me an increased sense of focus and control needed to do my job most successfully.”

Caroline Leeds, Health Program Administrator - Local Public Health Department

“Over a year after I took Mission Control, I continue to benefit from the information in the course. It has significantly changed how I manage the many activities in my business and personal life.”

Steve Whitaker, CEO, Continental Control Systems, LLC

“The freedom to say no, and the peace of mind of knowing that I don’t have to keep track of everything that comes my way. If I capture it, then I keep track of it. Otherwise, I release it from my brain and never worry about it again. EXTREMELY freeing! Plus, I can see more clearly the habits that I have and can correct myself faster. That’s been very powerful, too!”
